Chilli paneer



Chilli paneer is a Chinese recipe. Today I tell u about the Paharganj, Delhi Style Chilli paneer recipe. That is very famous in Delhi. You can serve it as a snack or with naan you can eat it.

 

Ingredients

  1. Paneer:1/2kg
  2. Oil:3tbsp
  3. Capsicum:1 cup (chopped the slices in big size)
  4. Onion: 1 cup (chopped the slices in big size)
  5. Ginger:1 tsp
  6. Green chilli: 3 chopped
  7. Soya sauce:2tsp
  8. Red sauce:2tsp
  9. Salt: According to taste
  10. Coriander: leaves (handful)

 

COOKING TIME

  1.   Cut the cheese(paneer) into small pieces.
  2.  First take a pan and add oil to it.
  3. When the oil becomes hot then put the paneer in it and fry the paneer until it becomes golden brown in colour.
  4. For tadka, take one more pan and add oil. After that add ginger paste, green chopped chilli, and add onion, and capsicum in it, fry it a little and then add fried cheese in it.
  5. Add soya sauce and red sauce to it.
  6. Don’t fry the tadka more and add 1 cup of water for some gravy.
  7. Mix it well and cook for 5to10min then turn off the gas.
  8. Serve it in a bowl and spread the coriander leaves on it.
